Terms and Conditions
All single night bookings are to be paid in advance and in full, and for 2 night stays or more a 50% deposit is required. Both are non- refundable if cancelled within 14 days of your stay. We will try and re sell your room if you have to cancel and will refund you if this is possible.
If you shorten your stay or the number of guests without 14 days notice all booked nights and guests are chargeable unless we are able to resell them.
We accept debit and credit cards.
All card refunds will incur an administration fee.
Due to recent changes to card processing regulations the security code on debit and credit cards can no longer be stored on the booking facility. We will therefore need to contact you regarding your deposit payment.
